This is a collectible souvenir from the state of Virgina featuring their state shape, bird, flower and flag- complete with snow! Still has a bit of water in it, although it has a crack in the back that leaks. Probably can be repaired with rubber cement or an epoxy. Base is an adjustable calendar!
