Slipcase has some wear like vague dust soiling and rubbing along with other minor age or use wear. Book itself is externally clean with some minor toning and with loss of the gilding to the leather label at the spine face but with embossed text still visible enough to read close up. Interior of the book is very clean and well intact. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 150 pages, and in slipcase measures approximately 14 3/4 x 10 1/8 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 4 1/2 pounds.
