Description: You are bidding on a Vintage - Silver Over Brass - Heiser Lock - PAT. May 1907 - 14 - 3/4 Trace Loop. I have seen a few marked 1/2 but never a 3/4. I don't know about this piece, but it was probably some type of piece to hold a saddle on a horse ( not sure ). This is an old item and has some scuff and wear off of the silvery material ( mostly on the back ) showing the brass .This also has some oxidation on the back and tape residue on the face where someone had taped the hold down piece to the buckle. It will probably clean off,but I did not try. When this sells, I will ship in the U.S for 6.00 Thank you.
