Ramsey Company Los Angeles, CA Note: Author hand signed, dedicated book. Author states he had about 2 dozen copies of this book - of which this is one. May have been a limited production...unclear. Condition Notes: Vintage book from 1949. (signed in 1985) This book was printed with very thin paper. That being said - it doesn't hold together very well over time. The hinge on the front cover inside is starting to crack, and the first page as a result of that, has come away from the binding about 1/2 way. Still attached, though. The printing of this book was not done very well. Some of the type set of the letters has worn off, and 1 page is printed on the paper incorrectly, and cut wrong. So, 1 page the text it almost to the right margin, instead of inside the margin - but all the text is there. This is only on 1 page. See photos. Cover is pretty good, with only minor wear on corners, corners are straight, and cover is clear. No other writing, other than the dedication and signature inside.
