Description: This auction is for a vintage Seiko SQ analog quartz watch. The watch is model number 6923-7000. The watch is gold-toned with a gold dial. It has a day/date feature. The watch has signs of heavy wear consistent with daily prior use for a watch of this age. There are scratches to the case, band, and crystal. Notably, the gold finish has worn off on the clasp (see pictures) and there is some pitting to the case on the underside. If you look at the pictures of the caseback, you can see some of the pitting (it looks like chipping along the edge. The crystal is acrylic and has been lightly polished, but there is a deeper scratch that remains around the 8 o'clock mark. The watch has a broken coil (Seiko part number 4002 495), but is otherwise in good condition. Replacing the coil should bring the watch back to operating condition, although no guarantees. I have not tested the watch for accuracy, so I make no representations regarding its timekeeping accuracy.
