Description: This listing is for a Vintage Sears and Roebuck & Co. Communicator Electric Typewriter with storage/carrying Case. The Type writer has been tested and works good but the ribbon is almost dried up. I don’t find any damage to the type writer or cord. The case locks good and the handle is good. The plastic hinge on the case has started to come apart on one end The Type writer and case weighs 26 lbs. This is a Sears, Roebuck & Co. Communicator Electric Type writer, Model No. 871.53900 Series S8L. I am not sure if the serial number is GL39401 and the catalog number is 525363 or vise-versa Please see attached pictures for details. Thanks for looking.(M2-99)
