Vintage Sears Kenmore Model 1754 Sewing Machine Bundle (needs tension assembly)

Description: Vintage Sears Kenmore Model 1754 Sewing Machine Loaded (needs tension assembly) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a pre-owned collectible. It shows quite a bit of use, as it's obviously well loved by it's prior owner. It's loaded with accessories which I honestly don't know what they are or do as I don't sew. I did plug it in and the needle does move up and down rabidly so I assume it's "working" simply by that. I don't know how well it works! WARNING! This is VERY old and will need a proper servicing by a proper sewing machine repair shop. The belt especially looks rather old. It needs a new light bulb, as it's burnt out. I don't really know anything about these things to say how good it is. Please note that the "Thread Tension Assembly" (according to the manual) is missing on this. I don't know why it's gone, but I checked everything that came with it and it's simply not anywhere to be found. I think you can buy a replacement one for about $25 on ebay. I did find a video on Youtube about how to replace it and it seems to be an easy enough thing but getting the correct matching color could be an issue. There isn't anything under the "Hand Hole" and I'm unsure if it's supposed to have that stuff to put a tiny spool under that or not. I've seen this on other sewing machines but I don't know if that's something for every machine or not. Please ask detailed questions if you have any as I am basically I'm very ignorant on these things. I'm merely a flipper buying these from Thrift Stores and reselling them mostly as I find them. I basically just plug it in to make sure it works and wipe off some of the dirty stuff. I done nothing extra on them before selling. Thanks for your understanding!
