It is appealing, desirable & collectible. We present this lighter exactly as found. It does spark, but it has not been tested with fuel. This lighter requires a butane cartridge. The cartridge shown is empty. The availability of replacement cartridges is unknown to us. This will make a great addition to any home or lighter collection.
