Long Sleeves. 100% Cotton fabric. Made in the USA. Very traditional and perfect for Christmas! She can wear it again for Valentine's Day. This was my own daughter's dress from the 1980s. Measurements and particulars. Armpit to armpit 16 1/4". Shoulder seam to hem 35" so it will be about knee length on most girls. Sleeve length is about 23" from shoulder seam to hem. Hips are free and note the gathers. Dry clean per tag but it is cotton, so I see no reason it could not be hand washed in cold water. Clean with some closet dust at the shoulders.
