It has been gently, expertly polished, restoring to an amazing finish. There is a scratch that remains on the case back as we did not want to polish too deep. The original, signed, gold crown is in proper working order. The gold tone textured dial with painted Roman numerals comes with the coveted Sigma marking. It is in excellent condition shimmering in the light with black painted hands that show signs of fading patina. The watch is attached to a genuine black alligator strap and new, genuine Patek 18k gold buckle. The manual wind Cal. 215, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance movement is in excellent working condition.
