I believe the signature to be that of Fred Wilkerson (Sr or Jr??) with a production date of 2000. It measures 3 1/2" in diameter and weighs 1 lb, 3.6 oz. (unpackaged). There is a tiny, flea bite chip on flat portion of the base (see photo #4). It's minor and poses little distraction.
