Description: Vintage Modigliani Ceramic Mugs with Painted Faces, Signed. Hand painted design under glaze. The glaze has crazing, more crazing on the insides of the mugs. These appear hand made as one mug is slightly taller. Signed Modigliani on the backs, with more signatures? And Argentina marked on the bottoms. I cannot make out wording on bottom, except Argentina. I have tried finding similar with no luck. They measure approx 4.25” tall x 2.5” diameter opening where the lip tapers out. I see no chips or cracks. Crazing in the glaze noted and some tiny dark spots inside and on bottom rim edge.
