Vintage Mid-Century STIFFEL Antique Brass Lamp with Original Shade and Finial

The lamp features an ornate antique brass candlestick style base with a round black drum shade and a matching pointed antique brass finial that tops the design for a look that is both stylish and sophisticated. The large and heavy lamp measures approximately 35 inches high from the base to the finial with the brass base alone measuring approximately 20 1/4 inches high. The round black drum shade measures approximately 9 1/2 inches high, and 16 inches in diameter at the top and approximately 17 1/2 inches in diameter at the bottom. The large and impressive finial measure approximately 4 1/2 inches. The lamp, with a three-way socket and a brass knob switch, also has a rotary click switch on its cord for greater ease of operation, and is in perfect working order. The lamp is in excellent condition with the brass base and finial having a wonderful patina and some minor, unobtrusive marks typical of older brass and commensurate with age. The original Stiffel paper drum lamp shade is also in excellent condition with no rips or tears and with some very minor and unobtrusive marks and creases, again, commensurate with age. The lamp is marked Stiffel at the socket (pic 21) and the shade is marked as well where it sits on the harp (pic 23).
