Damaged item - If your purchase has been damaged during delivery, please open a return request stating the item has been damaged during delivery and include pictures of the damaged item and packaging. I will either issue a full refund or send you a prepaid return label. Not as described – If you feel that I have not described the item accurately, contact me with your issues and I will arrange a pre paid return label for you to send the item back for a full refund. I never give partial refunds, again due to fraudulent activities. Not arrived – If your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please check the provided tracking information as sometimes delays happen with couriers and this is beyond my control. Once your item looks like it has been lost, I will issue a full refund.
