Description: This is a very different and beautiful vintage Mid Century art pottery bowl by Herta Gertz of BC Ceramics in Canada. The shape of this bowl is mid century cool and also the height is different on the sides. This is very unique. The overall bowl color is a very muted aqua-gray with a dull shine. The wild roses are in shades of pink with yellow centers and shades of green leaves. There is a piece of leaves alone on one side. The flowers and leaves are very shiny which makes this bowl even more interesting. In one of the pink flowers there are two white lines, they are not scratches, they are from the manufacturing. The back says 7087 or 2087, Hand Decor "Wild Rose" Made in Canada. The bowl measure 11" long at the longest point and 7-3/4" at the widest point. The bowl is 3-1/4" at highest point to ands low as 1-1/4". Everything about this bowl is cool, unique, pretty and interesting.
