Description: Vintage counter top Flatto MFG Co. U.S. Postage Stamp combo 25/10 cent coin operated vending machine dispenser. Comes with the original weights and wood base. It is in excellent operational condition with great graphics, however there is some tape residue in the window area where stamps were affixed with tape. I have cleaned some of the residue off as proof that it is cleanable and restorable with a little elbow grease. There are some tiny scratches from use, but does not detract from the handsome table top appeal of this coin-op! Please see photos for reference. I found a replacement key at my local locksmith.
