Description: Vintage US mail , mailbox . Rural mailbox I believe from 1940’s Certainly used condition, with some rust and also some separating on the seems. Some sharpie on inside lid. Some old caulk on the seems. (See photos) . I believe all this could be restored or leave as is for patina. However, the lid latches nice and tight. Would make a great movie prop or for someone who appreciates the quality of these old school steel boxes, made in USA in Kent, Washington.
