Description: Vintage Large Primitive Turkish COPPER & BRASS KETTLE Pot, Iron Swing Handles Click images to enlarge Description ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE COPPER POT Wonderful antique primitive Turkish (I think) copper kettle bucket pot measuring about 12-1/4" wide across the top, 13-1/4" wide across the base and 7-1/2" tall. Featuring cast brass swing handles with a bit of decorative stamping, it has a slightly rolled base and tin lined interior - appears to be hand made. Condition is well used with no hairlines, repairs or damage other than overall usage marks, light scratching, verdigris, a label shadow (from the 1970s when I purchased) and tiny dents from age - there is a minute hole in the bottom that I can see when pot is held up to the light. It has a primitive look and original patina - visually interesting with wonderful folk art appeal, it would be perfect in any country kitchen! If questions, please contact me - thanks! Images sell!
