Description: Vintage 1983 hand painted Garfield ceramic coin bank. Signed MW 83 Bank appears to be well painted and glazed. It does have a couple small chips that have been touched up, including one on one of the paws and on the back of the tail. There are a few other small marks and imperfections. The bottom of the bank has been covered with felt which has spots. If you put coins in the bank there is no easy way to retrieve them without destroying the felt bottom. See photos for detail.
