Description: We have for sale a vintage possibly 1970s labeled "Serbin of Florida Designed by Muriel Ryan" hostess dress with belt in nice pre-owned condition. The care tag reads "Machine wash, warm. Tumble dry; remove promptly". This is a lovely dress in an eye catching mod design of poppies and geometric print- the primary colors of the dress are red and black, but also has some pink, white, and a lovely bronze type color as well. It does 3 very small areas of imperfection (which I tried to show in the pics) on the back of the dress- one tiny worn spot and two pin holes. There is no longer a size tag attached, but measurements are as follows: Shoulder to Shoulder= approximately 17"Armpit to Armpit= approximately 22"Waist from side seam to side seam= approximately 21"Bottom of Armpit to Bottom of Hem= approximately 47.5"Bottom of Collar (on back) to Bottom of Hem= approximately 56"Fully Open Side Slit= approximately 18"Arm length from shoulder to end of cuff= approximately 23" This is from my mother Dorothy's (a Rosie the Riveter in WWII) collection.
