This copper bowl insert by manufactured by Atlas or possibly other company exclusively for use in Hobart and KitchenAid mixers with the 5 quart original bowl size with bowl lift arms. The first four models of these style mixers were Model H-5, G, K5-A and K5SS. However, this insert works with any KitchenAid style mixer so long as the original bowl size is 5 quarts and it is narrow bowl style bowl lift arms type mixer. This bowl insert slips down inside of the original stainless steel Hobart or KitchenAid 5 quart mixing bowl. It will not work with glass or ceramic style mixing bowls. Mixing bowl required to make this copper bowl insert work with your mixer is not included. Ask questions prior to purchase if unsure of fit with your mixer and bowl as there are no returns.
