It is absolutely charming and when you put batteries inside and it lights up and that warm glow hits your eyes it just feels so nostalgic. It is in good condition without any scratches, stains or cracks that I can see. Your eyes may be better than mine so I'm going to claim that minor scuffs are possible but I don't see any. The pump inside sometimes takes time to get going, it's there to allegedly circulate the sparkles in the water and since it's over 20 years old it's not as strong as it use to be so give it some time to get going and that's the biggest drawback but honestly the whole thing is so lovely and has lived in it's original packaging for decades that it's in very good condition.
