The REWIND and FF work without a tape, but when the tape is in, it is too much for the belts and they don't work. There are replacement belt sets sold on ebay and online. They are VERY easy to find. The lights work. The cosmetic condition is very good. If you return this saying the rewind and FF don't work, I will know you didn't read a damn word and there will be an additional deduction from the refund.
