On the 760 and 765, you will need a plastic adapter bracket so the drive mounts correctly with the front bezel (not included). Even without this plastic adapter, the drive will otherwise still work with those systems, but it won't look pretty. The drive pictured are representative of the item you will get. It is possible some drives might be missing a screw that holds in plastic spacers on each side of the drive (that doesn't affect functionality of the drive), the plastic spacer itself, or have label residue (or a label). Please note, these drives do NOT come with any cables. No manuals or other accessories will be included with these drives. Due to the nature of these drives being over 25 years old, they are being sold strictly AS-IS with no returns accepted. They have been tested only as described above.
