Bauer created the lines Woodland, Serenade, Butterfly, Blossom Flite, Tokay, Tropicana and first and most notable, the Little Red Riding Hood collection. Red Riding Hood was designed in 1943 and the design patent number 135,889 issued to Louise E. Bauer of Zanesville, Ohio. It was assigned to A.E. Hull and was produced until 1957.
