Description: The exact origins of this spear tip are unknown and/or unverified. The only reference i had is a reverse image search that showed similar designs coming out of Africa. As far as country or tribe, I haven't that answer. It is 11 inches long with a wide leaf shapes tip and a conical butt end for securing to a spear. There is a 1 inch segment of corkscrew and another -1/2 inch segment shaped like a spade between the tip and the butt. It is ferrous, but I'm not certain if it is iron or steel.
