Description: I'm cleaning out a long closed Western Ma. luthier shops inventory and will be selling a lifetime collection of mostly vintage musical instruments and parts. Today I have an original Tortoise celluloid pickguard that was marked " vintage Guild M-20 " The guard was removed cleanly or maybe it fell off ? It is in remarkable condition for being stored for so long. This shop has been closed for over 15 years ! The Guild M-20 is mostly associated with Nick Drake. The celluloid tortoise is not like we get today It is rich brown with the swirls in the material. Where are you going to find another ? I hope some luthier out there can find a use for this.
