Description: This is a beautiful set of 7 ornate metal and purple/pink cut and faceted glass Geschutzt Gesetzl German buttons. The color of the glass changes according to the light - almost a deep purple in low light and a light purple in bright light. The camera makes it seem more pink, where in person it is more purple. Photo #4 with the low light shows more of the true color. Size is 1/2 inch. The metal appears to be like brass, but I don't know for certain. I also do not know the age of these buttons. Would really make a statement sewn on the right blouse or used in a craft project. All are in very good condition given the age.
