Description: vintage aluminum handle key hole saw made by douglas co. charlotte n.c. it does have W E M stamped into the handle these were made with diffrent logo's on them. i bought this at a estate sale. the owner worked at several railroad company's in wis. that could stand for something in that area he worked for the milwaukee road and another railroad that went to the twin cites but that may have nothing to do with that i don't know
