Description: This item is a vintage dime register bank made by J. Chein & Co. in the USA. The first dime inserted locks the bank and the last dime entered unlocks it again for a total of $10.00. This bank does work in that it locked up with the first dime, although I did not cycle $10 worth through it to see if it would open again. I received it empty and unlocked so I’m sure it works. Item shows wear consistent with its age. Will help children grasp the concept of saving. No box is included
