Description: Vintage Climax Bread Maker No. 404 This is a vintage Climax Bread Maker No. 404. Item was manufactured by Landers Frary and Clark of New Britton Connecticut. Bread maker is made of galvanized metal and has all components. Original label is still affixed to outside of mixing pail. Label has pieces missing. Instructions on how to use item are embossed on lid. Item has some scratches and tarnish. Crank mechanism turns easily. Mixing pail does not leak. Item has a clamp so pail can be secured to a table or chair while turning handle. Bread maker still works. I was able to make dough for two delicious loafs of bread. There is a YouTube video on line that shows how to use bread maker. Pail measures approximately 9 ½ inches high x 12 inches in diameter (top) x 8 ¾ inches in diameter (bottom).
