Description: This is a nice, uncommon vintage Chilton ringtop fountain pen with the iconic pneumatic filler. This pen is celluloid which is more rare than the hard rubber variants seen in the wild. I also don't see this ringtop model as often. Unrestored filling mechanism. Greek key design on cap band. Main flaw is it appears inner cap threads are almost stripped as cap doesn't screw on perfectly. Filler extends with some pressure. Brand imprint on barrel.
