Description: This precious vintage chalkware wedding cake topper is likely from the late 1940s or early 1950s. Measuring approximately 4-1/2" tall by about 2-1/4" wide, it is in overall good condition. There are some flaws - most notably their heads separating from their shoulders (see pics) - but they are still braced on the wire that connects them to their bodies, suggesting this is an age-related issue. (The heads do not at all feel loose or at risk of falling off the wire.) The groom also has a bit of paint loss on his eyebrow (see pics).
