This does have legs that flip down so you can use it on your lap. This is perfect for meals, eating in bed or using your laptop or tablet. This does have a small dent (see photo #13) and some rust in the corners as well as some scratches on the bottom which you can see in photos #14 - #16. Please read the description & view photos.
