It has several stains, dents and one of the bars is broken...see pics with pen pointing to flaws. It could be cleaned and repaired or repainted or replaced. It measures approx. 13 1/2" tall to shade and 6 1/4" base. This vintage item will be carefully inspected once more, double boxed with tons of bubble wrap and fully insured to ensure safe delivery.
