Description: Interesting design on this vintage microscope made by Bausch and Lomb somewhere between the 1950s-1960s. It’s a rotating stage, tilting base monocular microscope. I’m certainly not an expert on these, but I did a bit of research and this is what I’ve determined: Eyepiece: It’s a 10x eyepiece that appears to be in good working condition. It has crosshairs and will need a detailed cleaning. Stage: It has a 360 degrees rotating stage, with securing screws, measuring gauge, and 2 stage clips. Mirror: The mirror is in good shape, one side is concave and the other is flat. It’s rotatable and tiltable. Objectives: It appears that the objective lens is missing, but would likely be easily replaced and you could have an assortment of objectives. The microscope was estate-owned and is in good overall condition. It would benefit from a detailed cleaning. It measures 13 1/4”H x 5 1/8”W x 8”L. **Feel free to reach out with any questions.
