There are scratches to edges of base, there also is what appears to be a crack from right lower side of lady up across front, but it does not appear to be through and through or around on backside. Appears and feels solid, heavy and intact. Piece measures: appx: 14" tall from top to bottom including base. Appx: 4" width on base. Weighs appx: 6 lbs. (pounds). A very beautifully designed work of Chinese art, I see no makers mark or signature and expertly crafted!
