Description: Hi, I'm selling a Telefunken Allegro Stereo 205 hi-fi silver-face receiver, made in West Germany circa 1968. Features AM/FM stereo and two shortwave bands; auto frequency control, tuning indicator meter (the needle does move quite a bit as I turn the tuner knob), and bass and treble controls. Also features Cold War CD markings for civil defense frequencies. The tuning knob moves the dial smoothly across the faceplate. Lights up nicely and sounds beautiful, but mono only (I'm running two speakers in series through one channel). I'm pricing accordingly, well under what I paid. Very nice cosmetic condition as pictured, with a few blemishes. Cross-listed locally; I'll delete all listings when the receiver sells.
