Item is in good condition. Has light dirt/dust, and few light scratches. It appears to have not been used. Wheel does turn. I could not get it to spark being there has not been any fuel in it. Lid opens/closes well. Instructions included. Case is intact with some light dirt and scratches. I do not believe that the cardboard sleeve belongs to this but this is how it was found. Sleeve has light dirt, creasing, corner wear, and scratches. Box has dirt, staining, rust, scratches, scuffing, and wear. Measures approx. 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" x 1/2".
