Description: Full art set of 1999 Wizards of the Coast Pokemon Base Set packs. These packs are 3 heavy packs coming from 2 different boxes. I purchased 12 packs (6 each box) and these 3 packs are the 3 heavy packs I decided to keep for my collection. Weights from the light packs in both boxes were mid to low 20g, all heavy packs weighed 21g or more. A Charizard wasn’t pulled from the box that the Venusaur and Blastoise packs came out of, pretty good odds that one of those packs contains a Zard but I can’t guarantee that. Packs are in extremely good condition and this is only the second time they have been handled outside of a sleeve backed with a card saver 2.
