It includes a teapot, creamer, sugar, 4 tea cups and 4 napkin rings, 4 spoons, and 4 plates It is in very nice pre-loved condition. I could not find any chips cracks or damage, but this is a used item, and I may have missed something small. (One chip which i found is listed in the last pic). These pieces are not dishwasher or microwave safe. The teapot is about 7" tall by 8 1/2" wide. No box but will be packed with a lot of care and bubble wraps to deliver it damage free
