Wizard of Oz Collage of Images , signed on the mat but the tail of the signature runs up over the artwork so I am thinking the artwork was mounted on the mat before the person who signed it put their name on it. I can't read the signature below the artwork which appears to be written in pencil and dated '94. It might say "from WM James or Sims or ? " I don't know who the Disney artists were in 1994 that might have been working on a cover for a DVD or VHS or movie release or something. It is not uncommon to find unusual media related items here in music city. I searched and could not find an exact similar image to which I could compare this and thus ID the artist. Maybe this was an image that was not used commercially in lieu of a different version that was used. This might have been framed at one time but it was not when I found it/. The Image appears to be a print that has been professionally mounted to a mat board and the mat board was then signed by the artist. 10x 16 image size Mat board is 16 x 20
