Vintage 1990s MARCO Black Leather Holster For NYPD 4" K Frame M64 NY Spurless

Description: This is early 1990's vintage and discontinued New Old Stock. This was from a dealer who supplied holsters and equipment to New York City patrol officers and detectives. All holsters purchased from this dealer were for pistols carried by NYPD officers during the early 1990's. Marco Co. Leather Goods MFG. was a manufacturer in New York. These holsters were made specifically for use by NYPD officers. Rear is stamped Regulation P.D. N.Y. From late 1980's to the early 90's Smith & Wesson and Ruger both made revolvers to the N.Y.P.D.'S requirements. S&W contracted with NYPD with their Model M60 NY-1 J Frame and M64 NY-1 K frame both spurless revolvers. Ruger produced the SPNY based on the SP101 and GPNY based on the GP100 also both spurless. This holster is for a Smith & Wesson M64 NY spurless 4" or similar Spurless K frame revolver. There are 3 slots allowing for a slight butt rear draw or FBI forward cant. Holster can also be worn cross draw. Trigger is covered for safety. Slots will fit s belt up to 1 3/4". Rear has a circular stamp Regulation PD NY.. Holster is very nicely made and high quality. I would compare it in style and quality to the early Desantis thumb break holsters of the 1980's and 1990's. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you have.
