Vintage 1990's CENTRAL/SOUTH AMERICAN style modern-traditional woven jacket M/L

Description: There are no words to describe the style of this piece, it is simply a traditionally made work of greatness... Most likely from a South or Central American country/area, this 90's (best guess, possibly older) piece is made of a beautifully woven wool or wool blend yarn (I could not 'steal' any fibers to conduct a fiber burn test, so my best guess is wool or wool-blend). The tightly woven fabric features a black ground color, with bands of purple, red and green geometric designs. The silhouette is oversized, with this jacket being constructed of a 'T' shape of fabric, with wide kimono-style half-length sleeves. All the edges have been finished in a red cotton bias fabric -yes, even the seam allowances on the inside are covered with black c cotton bias finish! My favorite detail, however, is the charming little cotton twist of floss, in alternating red and black, which defines the midsection of the jacket, and ends in little tie closures at center front. No lining, no pockets, no labels. Overall condition is excellent, with no flaws and little to no signs of wear! Please review photographs for full details.
