Handle is rope braided with polishedshells, beads, and wood accents. Interior is cloth with 1 open "flip-open cell phone" type holder and 1 zippered holder. Top of interior portion is zippered with no known blemishes/stains. No other noticeable stains or blemishes noted. This was purchased as part of lot at a local auction and I have no use for it.
