Description: These came with a new condo I bought in 1986 in Orange County, CA. Never used, they've been in a box in a storage unit or garage since then. They smell musty. The banner (?) has a little loop near the tag - maybe the item, without a decoration, is for use in the kitchen? Anyway, it's very colorful, and notice how the ends are sealed and not sewn. The vinyl bag has yellowed with age, and it seems to have absorbed some color from something stored next to it - the stain does not rub off. The tags say "Made In England," where John Laing Homes is based. The banner is 30" X 19.5" and the tote bag is 18.25" x 13.25".
