This is a unique and harder to come by 1980's or 90's era AKG model H-10 twin mount microphone holder / adapter based on the similar American Atlas microphone TM-1 "Twin mount" adapter. This AKG model allows you to use 2 mics side by side if needed. This also makes a great mount for displaying your classic microphones. This H-10 twin mount comes with the Atlas AD-2 adapter that allows the 11 inch lower chrome riser to attach to an Atlas AD-3 adapter. The AD-3 adapter then allows you to attach this to any desk or floor stand you have. It will attach to any boom arm as well. You will be receiving everything you see in pic # 1. This is an all metal design and built like a tank. The entire 4 piece unit is appx 14 inches tall X 4 inches wide. Again the AD-3 lower chrome adapter has the standard 5/8 X 27 thread so this is compatible with any set up you have. As you can see this AKG adapter is in excellent shape. The two thumb screws on the twin mount will accept all standard mic clips and they tighten accordingly once the clips are attached. I used the two older Shure 565SD model mics to give you an idea of how it looks once set up properly. An awesome accessory for any older or newer microphone stand. I would suggest using a desk stand with a very heavy base so that the twin mount does not tip easily. If put on a floor stand you wont notice any issues.
