Vintage 1975 Eden Paddington Bear Tags Peru To London England Plush Rare 18"

Description: Vintage Paddington Bear Plush from Darkest Peru to England By Eden Toys 1975 Very Good Condition This vintage plush toy is in very good condition. It was purchased in 1975 for an older teenager, and was displayed, but never played with. This “teddy” bear is approximately 18 inches tall. Paddington Bear was the subject of a series of books by Michael Bond, an English author. From “darkest Peru” Paddington made his way to Paddington Station in London, with a tag affixed to his coat that says “Please look after this bear. Thank you.” Condition: Very good. This bear was never played with. It was displayed for a period of time but has been stored for the last 30 years. Paddington still has his original yellow hat and original yellow boots, unlike some of the other available bears, along with his blue coat. The “please look after this bear” tag is still attached; although it is a bit folded, it is complete with all information, including the manufacturing year (1975) and other relevant information. Paddington's eyes are hidden under his little yellow hat. A nice plush, nearly 50 years old, in good condition! Please review the photos provided carefully, as this is the item you will receive.
