Vintage 1969 Original Woodstock Music Festival T-Shirt Size S

Description: BRAND: CHEST MEASUREMENT: 18" (pit to pit) LENGTH MEASUREMENT: 26" (shoulder to hem) MATERIAL: Cotton COLOR: White SIZE TAG: ?? / Measurements consistent with a modern day size small CONDITION/NOTES: I sourced this shirt from a client who was at Woodstock in 1969. He said there were vendors outside the festival with booths setup selling their own printed Woodstock swag. There are no known "official" Woodstock t-shirts other than t-shirts that were issued to staff members. This shirt came from a vendor booth. His story was that when he got it back to the hotel after purchasing, it did not fit, so he never wore it and it's been in storage ever since. This shirt however looks very worn. I've put this shirt through 2 soaking cycles and it looks much better than it did when I got it. However, it is still very discolored throughout the entire shirt. It almost looks "cream" colored. There is one small hole on the right shoulder, I've placed a penny next to it in the pics for comparison. Please ask any further questions you might have prior to purchasing. HOW TO SIZE PROPERLY - I have posted a size chart in the pictures for this listing. This is based on modern day sizes. This is how I measure each shirt, sweatshirt, sweater and jacket. - To properly measure to ensure the right fit, please find an item similar to what you are purchasing that fits your perfectly. - Lay the item down flat and measure based on the example in the chart that I've posted. - Measurements for the chest are done from armpit to armpit. - Measurements for length are done from the seam on the shoulder to the hem. - The size tag is not always the true indicator of the actual size of the item. Please use the measurements I've posted. - I will always list the item in the title with the ACTUAL size based on the measurements. Q&A Q: Do you accept returns? I do not associate an item with an vintage era unless I'm 98.9% certain (there are definitely times an educated assumption is valid).
