Description: Hello and welcome to The House of Chrome. This is a 1950's / 60's era Atlas SW-1 "gyromatic swivel" adapter for any microphone boom arm or microphone stand. This desirable adapter allows you to angle your mic or suspend your mic as needed. The SW-1 has a wide range of movement giving you any angle you can think of and has adjustable tension so you can set your mic at that angle. This adapter is made of quality brass and has a polished chrome finish and can be seen in pic # 2 in an older Atlas catalog I have. This is the only SW-1 I currently have and I only get these in about twice a year. They are getting harder to come by as Atlas hasn't made these in decades. As you can see there is typical lite physical wear on this adapter. It's 100% complete and will fit on any stand or boom arm as it has the universal thread size. An awesome accessory for any older or newer microphone stand. As with all my mics and vintage accessories... I can promise you will be happy with it for the price paid.
